Chef Jacqueline Kieu Lam

Executive Chef Jacqueline Kieu Lam blends her Vietnamese culinary heritage with a fascination for all Asian cooking to produce imaginative and extraordinary dishes. Born in Vietnam’s Mekong Delta region, she feels most at home in restaurant kitchens, where she loves to find innovative ways to put modern twists on traditional Southeast Asian foods.


As a child, she began baking and preparing Vietnamese sweets and then became hooked on cooking, learning as much as she could from her mother. 

Jacqueline was executive chef and co-owner of a gourmet restaurant in San Jose. She blends her Vietnamese culinary heritage with a fascination for all. Jacqueline ’s menu is enticing, ranging from small plate appetizers and large plate entrees to Asian-themed desserts.


Chef Terrence Khuu

Terrence was chef and co-owner of Monsoon restaurant in San Francisco, Head Line Cook & then Executive Sous Chef at Le Colonial, and Executive chef of Bleu Ginger in Milpitas.


He currently is chef/owner of Bayside Bistro in Fremont and enjoys sharing his culinary knowledge by teaching others Asian cooking, particularly Asian Fusion cuisine.


Chef Terrence brings a refined sensibility to fusion fare, combining Asian ingredients in imaginative ways that respect their natural affinities.
