Seniors in Santa Clara County can only be enrolled in one meal program at a time — either congregate or home-delivered, not both.
If a senior is currently enrolled with another provider (such as the Santa Clara County Senior Nutrition Program or Loaves & Fishes Family Kitchen), they cannot join BLOOM USA unless they switch. We’ll help notify your current provider.
