Chef Jacqueline Kieu Lam blends her Vietnamese culinary heritage with a fascination for all Asian cooking to produce imaginative and extraordinary dishes. Born in Vietnam’s Mekong Delta region, she feels most at home in restaurant kitchens, where she loves to find innovative ways to put modern twists on traditional Southeast Asian foods.

Chef Mien Nguyen is trained in Asian cuisine and has experience in running a restaurant in Vietnam. There, she mastered the art of creating dishes that showcase both traditional authenticity and innovative presentation.
