BLOOM Catering is proud to collaborate with The Health Trust Meals on Wheels program, which recently introduced an Asian Fusion menu to cater to the rising number of Asian clients. This initiative, part of the Ethnic Meals Choice pilot project, aims to provide culturally appropriate, nutritious meals to better meet the dietary preferences of a diverse client base. This effort, funded by organizations like Stanford Health Care, Kaiser Permanente, and HealthNet, enhances meal variety and supports the nutritional needs of Santa Clara County.

Where Our Menu Meets Preferences
Our Asian Fusion menu was the perfect fit in response to feedback indicating that traditional Western meals often did not appeal to Asian clients. By offering meals that reflect the cultural preferences of a significant portion of clientele, we aim to improve food security and overall well-being for homebound seniors and adults with disabilities. This approach not only enhances meal satisfaction but also strengthens our commitment to providing inclusive and respectful service to all members of our community.
